It has evolved in many variations, and each variation has remained as one of the best ways to keep in optimum health. Hence, it's not a wonder why more people are attracted to engage in this sport. Almost every day we see people jog around the Leyte Sports Complex and along the scenic Magsaysay Boulevard in Tacloban City, could be in prep for a future competition or they simply want to shred off some extra pound.
