Richard O Banaldia, distributed Ninety (90) broomsticks as part of the Jail Bureau’s participation on the BRIGADA ESKWELA 2024 Kick-off Activity on Monday, July 22, 2024 at the following schools in Palo and Sta. Fe, Leyte:
